DELIVERY PRICES

 

We offer a selection of UK delivery options:

 

 Collection from Dove Country Lifestyle in Chipping Campden - Free

 Standard Delivery -£4.95 

Usually arrives within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched.

 Express Delivery - 6.95

 Usually arrives within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched.

 Furniture Delivery - £25

Free on full price orders over £500
Usually arrives within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days (quicker if possible) you will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched. If for any reason there is an extended delay you will again be notified by email and offered either a refund or timescale for delivery.

 

In some circumstance orders for larger items such as certain items of furniture may be may be fulfilled by a third party/ supplier, in these cirumstances we will liaise with the third party/supplier to keep you informed of delivery process and timescale

 

Standard deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail Tracked 48 between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. For some postcodes your order may take longer to reach you.

 

Express deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 24 between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery. For some postcodes your order may take longer to reach you.

 

We do reserve the right to use other Delivery Services and Couriers should we see fit.

 

Unfortunately Dove Country Lifestyle cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:

 

A change of delivery instructions advised by you to the delivery company eg asking the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

 

Items accepted by a third party of your choosing your chosen delivery address, subsequently lost or stolen. In these circumstances this would need to be taken up with the delivery company or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.

 

A word on packaging, we receive a lot (a lot!) of boxes from our suppliers and have decided to adopt a policy of reusing these boxes and packaging where possible when sending our orders out. We feel this is both an enviromentally responsible and cost effective way to reduce our waste. As such your order may arrive in packaging that has clearly been reused. We can assure you, your order will have been packed with care and attention in the best possible way to avoid damage and to reach you in the best condition.

 

 

 

COLLECTION FROM Dove Country Lifestyle

 

Orders are usually available for collection within 2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.

 

Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. We may ask for a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID upon collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then again we may ask to see the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.

 

Orders will be held for 14 days, after which a refund will be processed.

 

We currently offer a free delivery service within the GL55 postcode area on items other than furniture, please select collect in person at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange either a collection or delivery time.
